Montcaret is ideally situated: the Dordogne river is just 5 mins away.

10 mins takes you to the pretty Bastide town of Ste Foy la Grande, with its bustling Saturday market. 20 mins to the beautiful world heritage town of St Emilion & its famous vineyards. 45 mins to Bergerac.

 

Just over an hour to the splendid world heritage city of Bordeaux. Two hours to Sarlat, the world-renowned caves of Lascaux or the Bay of Arcachon.
